We are committed to protecting the privacy of our visitors while they interact with the content, products and services on this site (the “Site”).  This Privacy Policy applies to the Site only. You were registered to use PreciseFP by a financial advisor. This financial advisor and, if applicable, the firm with whom they are licensed, also has access to your personal information on PreciseFP. Your advisor uses your personal information, in conjunction with our software, to provide customized financial planning services for you. Your advisor's use of your data is governed by their firm's Privacy Policy. Please contact your financial advisor if you have questions about their firm's Privacy Policy.

1)  Information Collected
We collect three types of information from you: i) ;  ii) Financial Information; and iii) “Cookies”

• Personal Information
  
  When you register, we will ask you for yours (and your spouse’s/partner’s) name, gender, date of birth, email address, and contact information. Depending on your advisor’s questionnaire, you may also be asked for years that you were previously married, your dirver’s license details, and your Social Security Number. You will also be asked to provide a password in order to allow you to access your data at a later time, if needed. Where applicable, and to the extent that you wish to provide it, you may also provide similar information for as many family members as you wish.
  
• Financial Information
  
  To use our software, we ask you to input personal financial data for you and, if applicable, your spouse/partner. The personal financial data we request includes such information as employment/income details, estate planning details, insurance policy details,  details relating to investment assets, outstanding liabilities, cash flow, and other goals and risk tolerance related questions. In many instances, these entries are optional.
  
• Cookies
  
  "Cookies" are small files used by web sites to store information on your computer. For PreciseFP to work properly, your browser may need to be enabled to accept cookies. Our cookies contain information that identifies you during a session and allows the software to function.

2)  Referrals
You may choose to invite friends to join the www.spectruminput.com / PreciseFP  by sending invitation emails via our invite feature. www.spectruminput.com / PreciseFP stores the email addresses you provide so that the respondents may be added to your social network, confirm orders/purchases and also to send reminders of the invitations. www.spectruminput.com / PreciseFP does not sell these email addresses or use them to send any other communication besides invitations and invitation reminders. Recipients of invitations may contact www.spectruminput.com / PreciseFP to request removal of their information from our database.
 
3)  How We Use Your Information
www.spectruminput.com / PreciseFP only uses your personal information for the original purposes it was given. Your personal information will not be sold or otherwise transferred to unaffiliated third parties without your approval at the time of collection.

www.spectruminput.com / PreciseFP will not disclose, use, give or sell any personal information to third parties for any purposes other than to our suppliers and other third parties who need to know in order to deliver services on behalf of www.spectruminput.com / PreciseFP unless required to do so by law. Further, www.spectruminput.com / PreciseFP reserves the right to contact you regarding matters relevant to the underlying service provided and/or the information collected.

Please note that personally identifiable information is used only to provide you with a more enjoyable, convenient online experience and to help us identify and/or provide information, products or services that may be of interest to you. By consenting to the Terms and Conditions of the Site and hence the Privacy Policy, you consent that no data transmission over the Internet is completely secure. We cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you provide to us and you transmit such information to us at your own risk.

10) Notification of Changes
www.spectruminput.com / PreciseFP reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time at its sole discretion. If at some point in the future, there is a change to our Privacy Policy, unless we obtain your express consent, such change will only apply to information collected after the revised Privacy Policy took effect. Your continued use of the Site indicates your assent to the Privacy Policy as posted.
