Users of MoneyTree software now have the ability to save considerable time thanks to MoneyTree’s latest integration with PreciseFP. Now, with the click of a button, data that is provided by your clients can be effortlessly imported into Moneytree. This not only frees you from the monotonous task of data entry, but it reduces error, due to less rekeying of data, and increases your profitability since you spend less time completing your financial plans.

  • Export to Outlook Contacts and Business Contact Manager Added!
    Whether you use a specialized Contact Relationship Manager (CRM) that is tailored to the financial planning community, or you use a more generic CRM such as Outlook Contacts or Outlook Business Contact Manager (a slightly more sophisticated version contained within some versions of Outlook), you probably already have Microsoft’s Outlook installed on your personal computer. Now, PreciseFP allows you to leverage your investment in Outlook and actually extend is functionality by automatically creating contacts and importing key financial client data. Also, if you sync your Smart Phone or PDA to Outlook, you can actually take that data with you for easy access while on the road. This is yet another example of how PreciseFP allows you to capture data once and use it in several applications, avoiding burdensome rekeying of data.

    We listened to you, the advisor, and incorporated automatic balloon tips to guide the client in completing the PreciseFP online questionnaire. In addition to tool tips icons already present throughout PreciseFP, allowing the client to click on concepts that may require further explanation, clients are now automatically alerted to important features of PreciseFP so that they can derive maximum benefit and you can obtain the most relevant information from your client. Another way that PreciseFP outshines the paper-based questionnaire!

  • Smart Margins Added!
    One of the biggest problems with paper-based forms is the inability to capture all relevant client information. For example, your client might list a lake house as one of his assets. What he also might want to tell you is that one-half is owned by his brother. Previously, the client had to rely on his ability to recall that important fact in order to bring it up during subsequent client-advisor meetings. With the Smart Margins feature, your client can list any relevant facts relating to any piece of information. This information is captured and made a part of the dynamic PDF questionnaire that is automatically sent to the advisor. This is a unique way of capturing information when it enters the client’s mind, instead of allowing it to vaporize, potentially never to get recorded.

  • Advisor Dashboard ™ Statistics Added!
    Now, you, the advisor, can track the number of questionnaires you receive and see how the demographics of your clients/prospects change over time. PreciseFP allows you to track Monthly Submissions, Total Submissions, Submissions by State, Average Client Net Worth, and Average Client Age. These statistics are useful in determining whether you are meeting your target prospecting goals and whether your new clients meet target asset levels for AUM.

    In closing the loop with client reviews, PreciseFP ™ now can receive previously completed client questionnaires to be used as a starting point in the financial plan update process. Since more than 90% of a typical client’s data will be unchanged from one year to the next, providing this starting point will not only help reduce errors (by reducing human input/re-input), but it will also greatly increase the probability of your clients completing a (significantly shortened) questionnaire. Your client can now quickly review previously-provided information, make changes as needed, and resubmit an updated secure questionnaire.

  • "Save and Continue Later" Added!
    Want to allow your clients to complete your questionnaire in steps, instead of being forced to do it all at once? Want to be able to send a partially-completed questionnaire to your client so she can save time and fill in only the missing pieces? It’s easy with PreciseFP’s Save and Continue Later button located at the top right-hand corner of every screen of your personalized questionnaire. By clicking on the Save and Continue Later button, an encrypted version of your client’s questionnaire is stored on our secure servers for up to 4 weeks. Password-protected, the partially-completed questionnaire can be accessed by you or your client at any time. Perhaps your client has a question about a data item or, as mentioned above, you want to complete a portion of the questionnaire for the client, giving her a head-start into the data gathering process. Whatever your use for it, the Save and Continue Later feature allows you and your client to work more collaboratively, more efficiently, and when it is convenient for both of you.
